- Payments

I got an error after entering my credit card number. What should I do?
Some credit card companies require you to register for authentication service ahead of time before being able to use the card for online purchases requiring authentication. If your credit card company's authentication page does not appear during booking and you are unable to input your pin or password, this may due to security settings of your computer/devices or internet browser. You can try changing computers/devices or browsers, or you can contact your credit card company directly for more information.
Can the payment method be changed for a booking?
All tours, tickets, etc. require payment in advance by credit card online at the time of booking. Payment method CANNOT be changed to payment on arrival.

Can I make a reservation through your Customer Support instead of the TABEE JAPAN website?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for bookings over the phone or email. We also cannot make bookings on the website in your stead. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please book yourself using our TABEE JAPAN website.
What should I enter as my phone number?
If you have a mobile number that will be reachable while you stay in Japan, please provide this when booking. The phone number of the accommodation (or private residence) where you are in Japan is also acceptable.
Can I get on the waiting list?
No. TABEE JAPAN does not have a waiting list.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. This page including the booking number, so you can access your confirmation online at My Account. We also send you a confirmation email shows your reservation details, please check your email box and spam/junk mail folders.
Can I change my reservation date or time through TABEE JAPAN website?
No. Unfortunately, your reservation date or time CANNOT be changed through TABEE JAPAN website. Please contact your tour organizer shown on your confirmation email.
How does TABEE JAPAN protect my personal information and credit card details?
TABEE JAPAN uses a ‘Secure Socket Layer (SSL)’ technology, for your booking. Your personal information and credit card details are encrypted.

I forgot my Sign in Password. What should I do?

Can I change my email address?
No. Your email address is your TABEE JAPAN Account. If you still need to change your email address, please create a new account and delete an old account.

How do I cancel my tour reservation?
If you cancel your tour reservation before the booking deadline.
Please Sign in first, and click the following link to Reservation: Reconfirm or Cancel

If you cancel your tour reservation after the booking deadline.
Please contact your tour organizer shown on your confirmation email.

Remember:
Check your tour/ticket’s cancellation policy before making a cancel to your booking, the cancellation charge differs depending on your tour.
After you cancel your booking, you will receive a confirmation email from TABEE JAPAN. Please check your email box and spam/junk mail folders.
How long will it take for my refund to show up after I cancel?
It depends on your credit card. Otherwise, we suggest that you contact your credit card company for more information.

How do I get a receipt for my tour?
Please ask your tour organizer shown on your confirmation email.
TABEE JAPAN makes an arrangement private tour or group travel?
No. TABEE JAPAN does not have any private tours or group travel arrangements.
Do you have a mobile website?

How do I delete my account?
